Requirements Criteria for Scholarship:

The scholarship is open to students from the following countries: Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Kosovo, Moldova, Mongolia, Montenegro, Northern Macedonia, Russia, Serbia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Turkey, Ukraine, and Uzbekistan. Students of all subjects (Bachelor’s, Master’s, and PhD) are eligible for the scholarship.

To be considered eligible for the scholarship, applicants must fulfil the following criteria:

  1. Applicants must be enrolled as a student (bachelor’s, master’s, or doctorate) at the time the scholarship begins.
  2. Applicants must be no older than 28 years of age at the time the scholarship begins.
  3. The scholarship winners will be granted admission to one of the following universities in Berlin: the Free University of Berlin, Humboldt University of Berlin, Berlin School of Economics and Law, or the University of Potsdam.

How to Apply for Scholarship:

The application process for this scholarship comprises three stages:

  1. Online Application: Applicants need to fill out an Application Form available online. The application period is from October 1st to December 30th for the winter semester, and from April 1st to June 30th for the summer semester. Only those who successfully pass the first stage will be informed about the next step.
  2. Tasks Phase: Selected candidates will be given specific tasks to complete, including a tutorial task via a YouTube channel. Only those who successfully pass this stage will be informed about the next step.
  3. Interview Phase: The selected candidates will be invited to the Skype interview. Supporting Documents: To complete a successful application, the following documents are required:
  4. Tabular Curriculum Vitae (CV) with a photograph. The CV should be written chronologically in German or English.
  5. University Certificates in the original language, which includes the Transcript of Records, a provisional overview of grades for all university subjects received at the end of each semester after passing the examinations. Admission Requirements: The applicants should be enrolled in a Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD program at a university at the time of application, and there are no subject restrictions. Language Requirements: The candidates should have knowledge of German language skills of at least B1 or English language skills of at least B1.
